The design and fabrication are top-notch — everything is solidly built, beautifully finished, and clearly made with care. Communication was amazing. I was updated throughout the build with photos, timeline checks, and quick responses to my questions. They never cut corners. All components were new, quality parts, and the craftsmanship shows. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, walking me through the process and making sure I understood each step. When I picked it up, I was blown away — my dream trailer came to life exactly as I’d hoped. I looked around for a business that could install a floor and jump seat in my cargo van for my business. Asked other food truck owners for recommendations, but to no avail. Locating Titan Truck Mfg in Columbus, OH (although 90 miles away) was such a relief. Mike and I talked over the phone, he provided a cost estimate, scheduled a date and had the work done in the time he said it would be done. His team was very attentive to me and I am extremely pleased with their work. I returned a second time to have a fold-down tray installed and they installed it on the spot. I'll return again for more work. It's such a wonderful thing to find a fellow business owner with integrity and professionalism.

All Praises are due to God to guide us on the right direction meeting Titan Truck. My wife found Titan Truck’s phone number on Google back in 2023. She called and Neil answered; Neil ( one of the owners) was so professional over the phone, explained all the process to her and most importantly Neil did not belittle her because of her beautiful African accent. Neil was professional and respectfully knew that we had a great vision ahead of us, thank you Neil , great impression, you are a true gentleman. After that, everything was history. Due to our financial situation we were not able to build our trailer in 2023. Even though we did not have the money in 2023, on our first face to face meeting, Neil, still took good care of us and told us all we needed to get started. Titan Truck doesn’t only build custom food trucks, they truly care about their customers. They advised us, they told us all the pros and cons, we learned a lot from just speaking to Neil on our first meeting. We were treated as family. Neil still calls me his brother and vice versa. In 2025, God has blessed us and were able to go back to Titan Truck to build our first Food Trailer. We told them all we needed and wanted; we wanted to build a unique Food Trailer NO MATTER THE COST and by the grace of God, Neil was able to make our vision come to life. Neil was very patient with us during the process, very responsive, called me every time I texted him 😊highly recommended due to many reasons. Neil and his crew are the best, Not only in Ohio but in the United States 🇺🇸. They built us a state of the art food Trailer, a full restaurant on wheels 😊😊👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿. In addition to their caring and expertise, they do not take any shortcuts, they buy everything brand New, totally transparent 👍🏿. One of our builders name was Wayne, a true professional builder. Neil, make sure you take good care of ALL YOUR TEAM. They are KEEPERS 😊 The day we picked up our food Trailer, we were blown away, speechless 🤣🤣🤣Our dream finally came true, All Praise is Due to God. It’s a blessing. We LOVED IT, my Whole Family LOVED our Food Trailer. Titan’s Food trailers are manufactured BIG, which we love ❤️ their Food trailers are not like the other trailers you see every day. Very Big and Beautiful 😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO CALL TITAN TRUCK NOW TO BRING YOUR DREAMS TO LIFE. They are located in Columbus Ohio, they are the BEST IN THE NATION.
