These guys are freaking AWESOME! I took about a year to finally pull the trigger on buying my food truck. I checked out about a half dozen vendors around the country, and eventually landed on Titan Truck MFG. These guys are out of Ohio and know more than a thing or two about building a food truck. When I finally went back for my second visit back in August, Neil sat down with us and helped us lay it all out. He’s a great guy and has forgotten more about running a food truck that most of the folks I know who operate them. He’ll work with you on getting whatever into the truck you want. The truck works and looks great. My only issues with it are things that Neil kinda advised against, but I “knew better”. Like this little electric oven I needed to have… I’ve already taken it out. And the generator, the only place I cheaped out, “I’ll have access to electric most of the time, who cares if it’s big and loud”… No you won’t, and everyone cares lol. We were working on a pretty tight timeline too, and they still got it done. Neil kept in contact almost daily during the build with updates and photos. He was also there to help after the fact when I was learning how to get everything to work. I had to give him a shout early one morning when I first got the truck on the road to figure out what I was doing wrong getting the gas to flow. He happened to be on vacation that week and it was 3am local time where he was at. Still took the call and helped me get stuff rolling. Definitely have had a good experience with the guys up at Titan and am looking forward to having them build my next truck!

The staff was friendly, patient, and professional, walking me through the process and making sure I understood each step. Big thanks to the talented team at Titan! They did an amazing job on our 2025 Chevy Brightdrop 600 EV Beverage Truck Conversion. They clearly care about delivering quality work! They presented a design that best utilized the space we had to work with, after taking measurements and getting an idea how we’d be using the truck. If you have a need for a food truck buildout or something similar in the Midwest, I don’t know where else you’d want to take it! We’ll add pics after we get our wrap done.

All Praises are due to God to guide us on the right direction meeting Titan Truck. My wife found Titan Truck’s phone number on Google back in 2023. She called and Neil answered; Neil ( one of the owners) was so professional over the phone, explained all the process to her and most importantly Neil did not belittle her because of her beautiful African accent. Neil was professional and respectfully knew that we had a great vision ahead of us, thank you Neil , great impression, you are a true gentleman. After that, everything was history. Due to our financial situation we were not able to build our trailer in 2023. Even though we did not have the money in 2023, on our first face to face meeting, Neil, still took good care of us and told us all we needed to get started. Titan Truck doesn’t only build custom food trucks, they truly care about their customers. They advised us, they told us all the pros and cons, we learned a lot from just speaking to Neil on our first meeting. We were treated as family. Neil still calls me his brother and vice versa. In 2025, God has blessed us and were able to go back to Titan Truck to build our first Food Trailer. We told them all we needed and wanted; we wanted to build a unique Food Trailer NO MATTER THE COST and by the grace of God, Neil was able to make our vision come to life. Neil was very patient with us during the process, very responsive, called me every time I texted him 😊highly recommended due to many reasons. Neil and his crew are the best, Not only in Ohio but in the United States 🇺🇸. They built us a state of the art food Trailer, a full restaurant on wheels 😊😊👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿. In addition to their caring and expertise, they do not take any shortcuts, they buy everything brand New, totally transparent 👍🏿. One of our builders name was Wayne, a true professional builder. Neil, make sure you take good care of ALL YOUR TEAM. They are KEEPERS 😊 The day we picked up our food Trailer, we were blown away, speechless 🤣🤣🤣Our dream finally came true, All Praise is Due to God. It’s a blessing. We LOVED IT, my Whole Family LOVED our Food Trailer. Titan’s Food trailers are manufactured BIG, which we love ❤️ their Food trailers are not like the other trailers you see every day. Titan Trucks are known for their Quality. Mike & Neil were very helpful throughout the process and full of helpful advice for a new food truck owner.
